TFS - find all change shifts associated with a task

We are using TFS 2008 / Visual Studio 2008

We are trying to combine all the code associated with the task. I understand from other questions here that you can combine change shifts rather than tasks.

Question: how can I find all the changes associated with the task?

This is shown in the user interface, open the task, all changes associated with it are displayed on the links tab.
