Assembly language tools and links

For some time I was engaged in programming in assembly language, I was so stupid as to want to return to it.

That same day I used to compile asm code with the MASM.EXE command line, writing code without checking in the main text editor.

What are the best tools used today for writing in the assembly?

What are some good quick links on the internet?

My favorite assembler is FASM ; it is multi-platform, updated and has interesting functions (for example, a simple and powerful macro engine).
