Sharepoint: How can I pack a content type?

I created a content type on my local development server, how can I pack this type of content so that I can deploy it professionally for live installations?

AC WCM Custom Commands option for STSADM.EXE , which adds two corresponding commands:

  • GenSiteColumnsXml
  • GenContentTypesXml

This allows you to get the columns and types of XML content for the site based on existing on the site
