Office 2003 PIA with Office 2007

Question

Is it possible to target Outlook 2003 in the Windows vb.net 2008 application when working on a system that has only Office 2007 installed? I downloaded the 2003 PIA, but they cannot be installed without installing Office 2003. The fact is that I do not want Office 2003 to be installed on my development machine.

You can do this, but when you add the link, you must go directly to the PIA.
