Should I move the columns on the big mysql table to the left, if they are used often?

I have a mysql user table with a width of about 35 columns, I notice that the things I request most often, picture_url, username, onlinestatus, are located on the right side of the table. Would it be better if the most used items were at the very beginning of the table?

The column position has no impact on performance in any MySQL storage engine. When you read a column from a row, you have already incurred the most expensive part, which is the I / O of searching and reading this row from a data file on disk.
