Automate JBoss Deployment in Eclipse?

I am looking for a way to automate the deployment of a Flex (written in Eclipse) EAR on a JBoss application server. That is, when I click Create, I want it to also perform the deployment. This should not be a hot deployment, as it is development. I do not need to stop and restart the application.

JBoss Tools makes me happy for several months now. It was a little difficult to get it and run it, but this is a real-time splash screen as soon as you nail the configuration.
