How can I solve the problems of "worldwide recording" with modules loaded in PAUSE (CPAN) from Win32?

Does anyone know how to not get the "world writables" error message from PAUSE when I load a module in PAUSE?

I have packaged it using make diston Windows. I do not have access to the Linux server at work, and I need to process it on Windows.
