Bluetooth UUID Detection

Does anyone know how a Bluetooth device can pick up identifiers for detection devices within a range?

I am ideally looking for the simplest solution, which includes the smallest modification of the bluetooth protocols.

The starting point would be good, I just want to create a device that can store all the device identifiers of neighboring Bluetooth devices with minimal energy consumption, preferably just using radio frequencies and not SDP and everything else.

If you cannot help me with this, please, you can help me find good reading material on the low-level Bluetooth channel (step by step). Reading on the Internet is so high that I canโ€™t understand what is really sent when.

Laalto muffled the answer from the Bluetooth / POV specification, but your question implies that you are looking for a standalone Bluetooth device, not just a laptop application that scans surrounding devices.
