Visual Source Security on Mac OS X

Is there an application or API to use / access Visual SourceSafe (6.0) on Mac OS X? I am currently using VSS Connect under Parallels to work with our company’s ASP.NET site. I currently have a shared Windows drive and am trying to use TextMate on the Mac side to actually edit the files. It would be nice to be able to scan files inside / outside my virtual machine.

One possibility would be to use the Source OffSite version for X Windows. See discussion here . However, there does not seem to be an official OS X client for VSS.

Ops! , , - TFS. Mac OS X, :

  • Perforce: www.perforce.com → , .
  • SCM plastic: www.plasticscm.com → is very useful for branching and merging (if you are not doing it now because VSS cannot) and is distributed. This is newer than Perforce, so you only jump into it if you are really an early adopter.
