Porting Rails for C ++

Is there a tool for C ++ that even remotely resembles Rails migration?

I think that something “similar” to Rails migration will be somewhat specific to ORM or another structure - ease of use comes from what you transfer from one object model to another.

Since C ++ does not have ORM or any other built-in way to specify a database schema, I don’t see how there can be a schema migration tool for C ++. Perhaps if you indicate which tools you use, the question will be more attractive to those who know what is available.
