Search for SVN recommendations and bug tracking

Question

We are launching a new software project. We are 5 developers located in the USA and Asia. We have a server located in the USA and we plan to use it. We can install the SVN repository on it. This is a Linux server.

Our requirements are as follows:

• Good Windows client. We are developing Windows (Visual Studio).
• Windows private workspace for every developer.
• Good bug tracking. Integration with SVN. Work on the server or on the client.

What are you offering? Provide SVN and error tracking client names.

I had a good impression of the turtle and the truck. Now I use three different Fogbugz installations (2 free hosting and one at my full work)

I have not used many other systems.

If you have the opportunity to spend money, I would recommend fogbugz, otherwise go with trac or others recommended here.
