Ruby on Rails IDE for Windows

Which one do you prefer for serious Ruby on Rails development ?

I have been using NetBeans for PHP and Java for over a year, which works great, but Rails support is not very good. I often have problems with the completeiton code, where it does not find most imported gems and functions, and also quite slowly.

On the other hand, I tried JetBrains RedMine , which is very fast compared to NetBeans, but I do not have such many years of experience with JetBrains.

Many people recommend TextMate , so I tried my Windows port e-TextEditor , which I think looks like a PSPad ... good for small changes, but not very convenient for large projects.

The last thing I noticed mentions the people of Aptana Studio , but I have absolutely no experience with this.

So my question is: which of these IDEs do you recommend for developing enterprise-class applications in WINDOWS .

The powerful reason I ask is , if there are any problems that you have encountered when using this particular development environment, it may not be obvious when someone is simply trying to

Please answer only if you have experience in this field, and not only if you have "tried"

btw I do not think this is one of them, since it is much more specific than other issues.

I am using Netbeans 6.7 for my work. It is much better than all other systems except RubyMine, and it is free. It does a great job of highlighting code in views and manages several projects well. It also doesn't block when you check another branch (using git)

I tried RubyMine and I liked it better, especially RSpec integration, but not enough to buy a license.
