After I installed iPhone OS 3.0.1 on my iPhone, I followed the instructions on the Apple website (see this question ), created symbolic links, and everything worked fine, that is, I can test my application on the iPhone.
Now it stops working. I confirmed that the symlink still exists. I also tried deleting and re-creating it, and I also tried calling it 3.0.1 (7A400) instead of 3.0.1. None of this was, my iPhone is still showing as “Failed to support development” in the Xcode organizer.
Here is the contents of /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Device Support on my computer:
Macintosh:~ thm$ ls -la /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/DeviceSupport/
