What is the real app for HORN?

I have heard a little about HORN recently, and I am wondering what problems it can solve or how the real life situation in its use is beneficial.

I wrote most of the code for the horn, and the goal is to be a package manager with an analogy to rubygems.

We want to increase OSS usage by making it ridiculous to get and use OSS packages.

For example, if I want Nhibernate, we can simply command:

horn -install: nhibernate

and etc.

We also want to smooth the upgrade path.
