Signing a Clickonce manifest

Can someone tell the steps to sign my clickonce app?

If you buy a certificate from someone, how to install it on my dev box, as well as on the server on which I want it to continue?

Please indicate the steps.

I found this blog post from Brian Neuss extremely helpful. It details how to purchase the certificate and create a .pfx file that you can use to sign ClickOnce manifests.
