What are the chances that this iPhone app will fail?

I was waiting for the iPhone app to go through the app store approval process. It was in line for about two weeks.

Apple recently added something to the dev reachability center by telling developers its sample application. In my application, I am sending the URL on my server using HTTP, but I do not do an availability check first. If the user tries to send a request, he will eventually disconnect and they will see an error.

What are the chances that Apple will abandon this application? I am wondering if I just need to quickly implement accessibility and โ€œreject the binaryโ€ by submitting a new version. I can save me a couple of days if I still get rejected.

Implement reachability if your application uses a web interface, and when there is no connectivity, the application does not say something line by line that โ€œit does not work because you do not have Internet accessโ€, then Apple will reject it 95 percent

It seems that you answered my question - without turning to this case, this is a serious UX problem that you must fix.
