Is there a quick way to rotate images in the .NET Compact Framework.
I found ways to make 90, 180, 270 rotations, but I would like to be able to rotate free-form images at the same speed.
90-, 180- or 270-degree rotations do not require calculation at all, and only some data moves. On the other hand, right angle turns require a lot of computation. Thus, it will never be as fast as forward rotation ...
