Where is the javadoc log4j trap hiding?

This is not in apache-log4j-1.2.15.tar.gz, available from the Apache website and mirrors, and Google returns nothing. Apache Commons Lang has a javadoc jar in the tar.gz file for release, but unfortunately you cannot find the same in the log4j archive.

Creating it manually works, but it's a hassle.
