I want to trim the table before executing SqlBulkCopy. SqlBulkCopy automatically crop table before copying data?

No, as far as I know.

I do not see any parameters in the SqlBulkCopy class that allow you to instruct SqlBulkCopy to truncate before loading.

You will need to do this yourself before starting SqlBulkCopy.
