Just downloaded and installed Novel NUnitGenAddIn . This is similar to the old one (it seems like the last update in 2006), but as soon as I changed the NUnitGenAddIn.AddIn file (changed the build path and updated the Visual Studio version number to 9.0), it does exactly what I wanted: correctly -click to generate reasonable single-unit test stubs from Visual Studio 2008. Dunno, if it works as you wish, but definitely free (GNU Lesser GPL).
