Private ip connection

I want to connect to the system that is behind the router. I know the general address of the router, as well as the private ip (always fixed) of the system. How to establish a socket connection with a private ip?

This is why some people say that they are behind the “firewall” when they are behind the router. Evil Internet viruses cannot use any software on the computer behind the router (provided that the administrator of the router did not configure it in a funny way, for example, by turning on the DMZ ).

You still have a few options:

  • .
  • "" , , DMZ ( , ). Warrning: !
  • 180 . IP-.
  • - UPnP,
  • IP- IP- ( DMZ, , ). Warrning: !
  • NAT. . , - . , , ( , ) . Warrning: . .

Strictly speaking, the answer to your question is "you cannot." However, you can enable DNAT (Destination Network Address Translation) on your router. You connect to a specific port on the router and redirect the connection to the internal ip. The internal ip (and port) are configured in the router settings and are not known to the connecting client.
