Axis2 Deployment Exception Help

Question

I am currently working on Axis2 deployed on Resin 3.1.3. However, during deployment, I received the following error:

org.apache.axis2.deployment.DeploymentException: The "Submit" phase was not found in the global "InFlow" phase of the axis2.xml file. Make sure the phase is in the axis2.xml file.

Any idea how to solve this? Thanks in advance for your valuable help.

Check out this page under the heading "Phase order." This should let you know how you need to determine the send phase in your axis2.xml.
