How to disable toolbar in VisualStudio 2008

Question

Downloading from ToolBox is behind my environment. How to disable the toolbar in VisualStudio 2008.

I do not use ToolBox, I only work in XAML code mode.

Change I mean xamlcodeMode, what I need and I would like to disable desginMode .. sry
