I am creating a web application that will have access to the PeopleSoft database through jdbc. Is it possible that I can use id / password PeopleSoft for my user application, so users who access my site will not need to have a different username / password?
Peoplesoft stores user data in the PSOPRDEFN table.
You can verify the username: PSOPRDEFN.OPRID.
Password field: OPERPSWD.
Unfortunately, the encryption function used for this field: hash()is available only from inside usercode.
