Can you give me a hint how to set up such a contact collector, for example. Mail or Facebook with the addition of (+) the addition of contacts (or other data) to the UITextField for recipients. Each of the entries can be deleted with (x) ..

If so, you'll want to check out the TTPicketTextField component from the Three20 structure. He does exactly what you need.
