HTTP Header Text

Is there any rule against sending alternate text for an HTTP response error? For example, the default is used HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request. When sending the header that I set, is something like legit HTTP/1.1 400 Epic Fail?

It's good. You can place any text there. You can even use special characters if you adhere to ISO-8859-1.

From RFC :

The reason phrases given here are only recommendations - they MAY be replaced by local equivalents without affecting the protocol.
