I have a chart that displays y-axis values ​​less than 1 (0,1, 0,24, etc.).

When the chart is built, the Y axis label simply shows 0 at the origin and no other values ​​along the axis.

My decision was a little ugly. The characters in the data series are displayed with the corresponding% characters, but the% characters are not displayed on the Y axis.
