What maximum memory can Visual Studio use on 32-bit Windows Server 2003?

Question

It is well known that on XP Pro the entire OS can only use 3 GB. On 32-bit Windows Server 2003, the limitations are higher. How can you visualize the studio address and use it if the OS does not impose artificial restrictions?

Background. I have 4 GB, I use Resharper, I get a lot of errors in memory, and I am wondering if using more hardware will help with this problem.
