Jcarousel lite not showing on safari and chrome download page

Question

I have this plugin that is used on my WAMP homepage. It works great in every browser except Safari and Google Chrome. In these browsers, the carousel does not appear when I first load the page, and when I press reload. When I go to the home page using the link on the navigation page, it appears.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

If this problem also found that by giving the images that I was showing, width = "nn px" and height = "nn px" solved my problem;)
