Creating SCADA diagrams in .NET.

Question

I need to create an industrial monitoring application that shows the SCADA statement , similar to this

What tools are available for this and what experience do people with them have? I already know ilog , but have no experience.

Edit: I do not need software to control the device itself, I just need to create a graphical interface or diagrams that display the current status of the process.
