Should I create a clustered index in a fact table? never? is always?

In the data warehouse, are there any drawbacks to creating clustered indexes on fact tables? (most of the time it will be in the datetime column)

Did you answer yes or no by default ... ??

If I don’t need to create default clustered indexes, then why? (I know the pros of clustered indexes, but what are some of the downsides?)
