How would you skip vulgar words using base 36 against the Id column in sql server 08?

Question

I need the shortest identifiers, so I believe base-36 will work just fine for this. I think I just use the automatic incremental Id field as the primary key and then create the base-36 user id. Unfortunately, I will inevitably come across a lot of vulgar phrases. I find it difficult to focus on the best approach to solving this, because a suspicious word can be in any combination of lines.

Any thoughts?
