Deploying stand-alone PHP / MySQL applications

I was looking for a solution that would allow me to deploy PHP applications on Mac and Windows computers. I developed online applications, but I would like them to also be standalone applications, but for this you will also need to install Apache / PHP / MySQL on my platforms. I created WAMP, and it was not so simple. Many configurations were needed. I wonder if there is a way to install easily, something that a person can just click “Install,” and that's it. I don't want the packages to be installed by the mySQL manager or anything else - just php / apache / mysql ... no extra features.
