Asp.net question with F5 after postback because it does what it should

I have a web form with a detail and viewing a list on it, the user fills in the data in the fields of the detailed view, and then clicks the "Save" button, and everything is in order at the moment.

However, if they click F5after this operation, a new record will be inserted into the database because the retransmission is repeated.

Does anyone know how to avoid this?
