What is the best stack for learning PHP?

Question

I plan to teach myself PHP. I was wondering if I should use LAMP or the Microsoft stack. I have access to both. I would like to know that in the end it will be easiest to find out, but to be the most relevant.

XAMPP helps you quickly and quickly work on Linux or Windows.

If you are comfortable working with any OS other than Windows, in the long run you will be much happier to learn PHP on it. PHP on Windows is pretty easy to install today thanks to XAMPP , but it's still inferior.
