Recover Deleted Problem in Mantis?

Is there a way to "Repair" a problem that has been deleted?

The developer thought it was a duplicate, but instead of closing it as "Duplicate", it was deleted. But problems contain some “notes” that are helpful.

After looking at the Mantis code, I see some inserts in a table called mantis_bug_history_tablewhenever a change / delete occurs with errors.
