How and where to find out about changes in .net from .net 2.0 to .net 3.5?

I left .net about 3 years ago when I was working on .net 2.0. And over these three years, I have not worked at all on .net. Now I have a project that is in .net 3.5. But I noticed that between these two versions there are many technologies.
