How to get WTP added in FlexBuilder 3

Has anyone been able to get Eclipse WTP running on FlexBuilder 3, or get FlexBuilder 3 and WTP working on installing Eclipse in vanilla?

Everything was fine with FlexBuidler 2 and Eclipse 3.2, but FlexBuilder 3 has a standalone application and I'm struggling to get any other Eclipse plugins to work with it.
