I am developing a game for the iPhone and pretty far away, but one thing scares me when I use Instrument a to see that something called opengl_error_break takes LOTS of meaningful time. The caller seems to be MBXGLEngine, which is part of the OpenGLES framework, but I have no idea what it does or how to debug it.
Does anyone have this in this matter? Here's a screen dump that might help.
Do you work on OS 3.0?
I saw the same behavior during short-term testing on an old iPhone with OS 3.0.
