Choosing excel java api

All I need to do is open an excel excel sheet - not sure which view is still (2003, 2007, etc.) - and parse the information in each row into an object. I only perform readonly operations.

from Apache POI , JExcelAPI , or OpenXLS , which is best suited for this task?

I would rather not learn more about api, but if you are sure that none of them are the best, I will take your input.

I used the POI only, but found that it is easy to use and works as advertised.
