Images are not displayed in the application and even on the default iis website after a new installation of IIs7 on Vista x64

Everything else seems to work fine on my site, but the images are not showing. Errors do not occur. Even the default site image for the local host does not work. I have a static setting enabled. Any ideas on how to fix this would be great.

You may need to enable static content in World Wide Web Services / Common Http services. Access to it is possible through the section "Turning Windows Features On and Off" on the control panel.
