What tool can help create a SQL Server 2005/2008 database from an ER chart?

In Visio 2003 Architect, I can generate a SQL Server database on the fly with an UML ER diagram. But there is no such way using Visio 2007. My question is: can any other good and latest tools support ER-> DB or DB-> ER is very good for SQL2005 / 2008?

Most tools do not correctly handle SQL 2005/2008. But CA ERwin® Process Modeler does a better job (albeit at a cost).

There is a community version , but it is limited to 25 objects per model.

Try it and let us know.
