What do the various Tk cursors mean?

My google foo fails me. Please note the following: http://tcl.activestate.com:8000/man/tcl8.4/TkCmd/cursors.htm

Some of the cursors, which I understand quite easily, “look,” tell the user that “wait_ptr” indicates that I can select something under the cursor, “hand2”, it seems, “you are dragging something.”

What are the agreements for others? Is there a link?

In particular, I'm looking for a cursor that says “you can drag from here” when it hangs over the source of the DragDrop. I used "hand1", but is this a convention?
