How do I post a video via the Facebook Connect API to my page in my Facebook profile?

Question

Has anyone posted a video via the Facebook Connect API to their profile / channel page?

Ideally, the video should be queued for the first frame using the play button in the form of a right arrow button in the form of a left button. Or, if the thumbnail representing the video also needs to be loaded (and not the video queued for the first frame), this is normal.

In addition, when you click a video or thumbnail on a profile page, the video plays where it is, instead of switching to another Facebook page to play there.
