Source safe, exclusive file lock

My hard drive failed because some files in Visual Studio 2005 were not registered, the changes are minor, however I cannot edit these files on another computer, because the security source says that it was written by another user. Is there any work to “unlock” these files so that I can continue my projects? Many thanks

If you have VSS administrator rights, you can cancel the scan through the Visual SourceSafe client.
