Is there an existing parser for iCalendar files for PHP?

I was looking for an iCalendar parser for PHP, but could not find it. qCal does not seem complete. Bennu seems even smaller. I have seen many people wanting one, but not much more.

You can also check SG iCalendar . It is very easy to use and seems to be well-commented.
