New version of a third-party DLL - how to install and store old versions in Delphi?

Question

I need my Delphi program to use the new version of a third-party DLL. I would like to be able to use the new version, but if necessary, return to the old version.

Some of the objects are invisible objects in the form in the application. Others that I create at runtime.

How to install a new version of a DLL in Delphi while saving an existing version? I am using Delphi 2007.
