IntelliJ upgrade from Grails 1.1 to Grails 1.1.1

I recently upgraded from Grails 1.1 to Grails 1.1.1. I updated my projects using "grails upgrade".

However, IntelliJ did not seem to raise the update, so when I open my Grails project, I get the following dialog:

The app has Grails version 1.1.1, but the current version of Grails is 1.1. Update application?

How do I configure IntelliJ to use my Grails 1.1.1 installation rather than installing an older version?
