In C # our support project, we observed that the previous company had a root certificate. This certificate is only valid in the domain for 2020. How can they create such a root certificate for free. Can anyone lead us
Thank you in advance
Anyone can create a certificate using Makecert.exe . But this, obviously, will not be from a trusted authority.
You can manage certmgr.exe certificates
I believe that GoDaddy issues common certificates (we have one here). They cost a bit more, but cover subdomains.
