Install IonCube on IIS7 / Windows Server 2008

Question

we inherited a PHP project from a client that requires an IonCube. Our mailboxes all work on IIS7, and although we followed the instructions for setting it up, this is not loading the decoder library. Have any of you had any success in running IonCube on Win 2k8 (32 bit)? I am pulling my hair out because of this, so any help would not be appreciated.
